During this call, we can pinpoint exactly how to best complete your order and make sure we don’t miss any crucial details. Afterward, we will send an estimate for your consideration. Upon your approval, a contract will then be sent for signature. Once we receive the signed agreement, we can assemble your team, conduct an onboarding call, and get your files transcribed.

We make our pricing structure as straightforward as possible. Most project rates fall in the $2.49 and $3.49 per minute range. Factors such as multiple speakers, certifying results, and large orders can affect this cost.
